Capps Insurance Agency has been in business for over 60 years, providing excellent insurance and risk management services for clients all over Texas and Arkansas. Capps Insurance is now licensed to sell insurance in 20 states. The agency is family owned, and was founded by Roy and Ruby Capps in Clarksville, TX, in 1947. Their son, Steve, and his wife Judy, now own and operate the business with a staff of 33, with employees located in Mt. Pleasant and other off-site locations. Capps Insurance Agency provides individual, group and commercial insurance, along with insurance for several specialty markets, such as the trucking and water industries.
